They are the people Bri-Bri, Naso or Teribe Ngäbe, Bugle, Kuna, Embera and Wounaan or Guna. For those looking for experiences related to cultural exchange and contact with nature. You must go to the forested regions across the country, from the Sixaola River on the border with Costa Rica, to Darien in the border jungle where oriental.
